Pfister dévoile sa plus grande collection de salles de bains à ce jour avec l'introduction de Tisbury

Designed to Stand the Test of Time, New Collection Features Classical Fixtures for the 21st Century

LAKE FOREST, California—January 2017—Pfister, an industry leader in plumbing fixtures and a brand known for thoughtful design, unveiled its Tisbury collection, which embodies a winning combination of classical fixtures designed with state-of-the-art functionality. Tisbury, Pfister’s largest bath collection to-date, is inspired by architectural elements from classic home interiors, but features a cleaner, modernized approach to details.

Portraying elegance and refinement, Tisbury products and accessories include faucets, bath tubs, showers, tub fillers, slide bars, diverters, and towel bars that look consistent with fixtures on steamships, classic trains and in grand hotel suites from the golden age of travel. In the case of the faucet, long drawn-out curves are balanced by tightly finessed ogee curves and are repeated throughout the whole collection.

“Developing a traditional style bath faucet means designing it to be on trend and to stand the test of time,” said Tim Burdett, marketing manager for Pfister, Spectrum Brands, Inc. – Hardware and Home Improvement Division. “True to classic art and design motifs, Tisbury has very intentional details that keep the design from crossing over to contemporary while also giving the design a unique appeal. One unique feature to this collection is the ability for the homeowner to customize their faucet further to use the optional classic cross handle with either ceramic or metal finished temperature indicators or the elegant lever handle. This customization is available throughout the collection and further speaks to the intentional design elements available throughout Tisbury.”

With trends always evolving, Pfister’s Tisbury collection reminds consumers that traditional design styles are no different. Traditional styles are known for heavy ornamentation with a specific carbon copy style of the original period, but today traditional design elements are instead put into the context of how we live and what is considered elegant for today’s home.

In June 2017, Tisbury fixtures will be available in four finishes including polished nickel, polished chrome, brushed nickel and Tuscan bronze. The full collection of 16 configurations comes in both cross and lever handle options and is available exclusively through Ferguson.
